Returns & exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for another colour or a refund to the original payment method.
Items are eligible for a refund if conditions below are met:
  • The item was lodged for return within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The returned bag is in original packaging with all tags remaining in place.
  • The bag has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality. All items are quality checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, as the bags are made by hand they are subject to human error. Being made from organic and recycled material, there may be slight imperfections or variances that we believe adds to the character of the item. We are more than happy to fix a fault or damaged item due to a manufacturing fault. If you have a concern with a  faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@bareinstinct.com 

If you buy into this product there is an understanding that the bag will show signs of wear and tear over time. It is made of premium paper which makes it durable but not indestructible. 

ARRANGING YOUR RETURN

    To lodge your return send us an email at returns@bareinstinct.com
    • We will confirm if the return of the product is suitable and provide the return address.
    • Post the product back at own costs with your preferred courier.
    • Once the item has been received, you will get an email confirming receipt of the item and we happily refund you the full amount, or send you a replacement if desired.
    We can only accept items purchased on our website www.bareinstinct.com. If you purchased your bag at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.
    Shipping costs incurred on the original purchase are unfortunately not refundable and you are also responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse. Items confirmed as faulty and returned will have any shipping costs refunded.
