Returns & exchanges
- The item was lodged for return within 30 days of receiving it.
- The returned bag is in original packaging with all tags remaining in place.
- The bag has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
We pride ourselves on ensuring all products sold are of the highest quality. All items are quality checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, as the bags are made by hand they are subject to human error. Being made from organic and recycled material, there may be slight imperfections or variances that we believe adds to the character of the item. We are more than happy to fix a fault or damaged item due to a manufacturing fault. If you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com
If you buy into this product there is an understanding that the bag will show signs of wear and tear over time. It is made of premium paper which makes it durable but not indestructible.
ARRANGING YOUR RETURN
- We will confirm if the return of the product is suitable and provide the return address.
- Post the product back at own costs with your preferred courier.
- Once the item has been received, you will get an email confirming receipt of the item and we happily refund you the full amount, or send you a replacement if desired.
